LardnerSDA provides experienced, independent Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) services across South Australia.
PURPOSE
I believe people with disability should have the same opportunity as anyone else to choose where and how they live. That means access to housing that is well designed, appropriately located, safe, secure and suited to each person’s individual needs and preferences.
As an NDIS-registered SDA provider, my role is to help make that possible by managing quality Specialist Disability Accommodation, supporting participants to identify suitable homes, and working with owners and support networks to establish successful long-term tenancies.

I have worked in accessible, affordable and disability-specific housing since 2006, including senior leadership roles across four organisations. This experience spans housing management, development, SDA operations and sector partnerships.
As CEO of the Blind Welfare Association, I was responsible for managing 30 independent living units for people with disability.
As CEO of the Adelaide Benevolent Society, I led the development of 85 new accessible and affordable homes, representing a construction investment of approximately $12.5 million.
In 2014, I was appointed the inaugural CEO of Access 2 Place Housing (A2P), a disability-specific housing provider established in response to the emerging National Disability Insurance Scheme. During my time at A2P, we completed 26 new homes designed to meet the newly introduced Specialist Disability Accommodation guidelines. By the time I left in 2020, A2P had grown to approximately 300 homes supporting 500 tenants.
At KinKera Community, I led the organisation’s South Australian operations and commenced the development of SDA properties across metropolitan Adelaide and regional communities.
Two housing developments I have been involved with have received Master Builders Awards. Throughout my career, my focus has remained consistent: delivering quality housing, building effective partnerships and creating better housing opportunities for people with disability.
