Finding the right match is about more than filling a vacancy. I work across the SDA market to connect eligible participants with homes that suit their needs, preferences, location and support arrangements.

SDA Advice & Consultancy

I provide practical advice to existing and prospective SDA property owners and investors, drawing on extensive experience in accessible housing, SDA operations, property development and participant engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Successful SDA requires cooperation between housing and support. I work constructively with participants, families, SIL providers, support coordinators, property owners, developers and other sector professionals.

My experience gives me a practical understanding of what is required to operate successfully in the SDA sector: connecting suitable properties with eligible participants, establishing sustainable tenancies, managing stakeholder relationships and responding to the practical realities of disability housing.

I have worked across not-for-profit and commercial organisations and have extensive knowledge of the South Australian disability housing market, supported by strong sector networks. Experience with a national SDA provider has also given me insight into SDA delivery and practice beyond South Australia.

Importantly, I operate independently and am not aligned exclusively with any particular SIL provider, support coordinator, developer or housing organisation. This allows me to work across the broader market and consider opportunities from a wide range of participants and referral networks.
